“28 Days with ___” is a new kind of accountability group. It is a 4-week event that starts with a charismatic leader who brings together a group of kindred spirits, all working through the same challenges at the same time.
The leader, or “host”, creates a curriculum of daily tasks, and there is a financial incentive to complete these tasks. This commitment contract (aka “skin in the game”) leads to surprisingly high success rates.
Although 28 Days is virtual, it happens in cohorts with a fixed starting and ending date, so you get to work on the same things alongside everyone else, together, with peer coaches (the people in it with you) motivating and inspiring you.

Is this a self-guided online challenge?
No! It’s not another self-guided online challenge that you do on your own – it’s an event. It happens in real time for 28 days, and if you miss the start date, the ship sails without you (you can join up until day 3, and if you’re late can search out a future event to join in our directory … they all start on Mondays).
Is it a wellness habit-tracking app?
No! Well, yes, there is an app, but it’s optional. You don’t need it to participate. All the communications from your host come to you via text every morning, along with nudges and reminders throughout the day. The app is useful, however, and we recommend it if you want to mingle with your host and peers. The app also has a progress dashboard where you can track your earnout status and get paid at the end if you're a “finisher”.
Is this medical care?
No. It is a support and accountability group. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage anything, and it is not a substitute for your clinician. Nobody here - not us, not your host - can advise you on your medication, your dose, or anything you are feeling physically. Those questions belong to the person who prescribes for you.
Is this gambling?
No! There is no element of chance anywhere in this commitment contract. Nobody’s money goes to anybody else, and the outcome is always 100% in your hands. You show up or you don’t, and that is the only thing that determines whether you qualify for the earnback.
