Our app requires a stable internet connection, as most apps do. In certain situations, such as travel on cruise ships, camping, remote locations, or areas with limited cellular or Wi Fi service, connectivity may be slower or unreliable. When internet access is unstable or unavailable, this is unfortunately outside of our control and does not reflect an issue with the app itself, but rather the availability and stability of the connection in that environment.
Our games are meant to support consistency in habit building, which requires submissions to be submitted through the app on the day that they are due. This is an important part of the accountability process, so please plan accordingly when joining games during times of travel to avoid your games being impacted by travel or poor Wi-Fi.
If you find yourself in a situation like this, we recommend submitting your activity early in the day in case you encounter connectivity issues and need to move to an area with more reliable service.
