We’re constantly creating new types of challenges, and each challenge has its own requirements. Check out the Details section of a specific challenge to learn about its verification type and activity frequency.
Here are a few ways we might ask you to verify your activity has been completed:
- For shorter activities, your coach may have you record a timelapse video of your workout.
- For longer workouts, you’ll usually send in a post workout photo of your sweaty, smiling self.
- If you join a nutrition or mindset challenge, you might be asked to upload a photo of your completed activity or a before and after photo. A free app like Canva or PicCollage can be used to combine two images if your phone does not have a collage feature.
- For food tracking challenges, you’ll usually send in a screenshot of your daily food log or tracking app.
- For walking, running, and step challenges, we’ll use the data from your fitness tracker. We currently support Runkeeper, Strava, Apple Watch, Fitbit, and Garmin trackers.
