We love that you are that dedicated! Our goal is to help users build routines to develop sustainable healthy habits so most of our games require a set number of submissions per week and submissions from a previous week cannot count towards a new week. Once you’ve submitted all of the required activities for a week, you’re all set!
The rest days are built into the schedule in case you need them, but if you’re on a roll, feel free to do more than the minimum. We don’t roll those activities over to the next week, however, so you’ll be doing it purely for the glory.
Note: You may see some "Flex" games that give players more flexibility in when to use their rest days. These games are clearly marked with "Flex" in the title.
