Sharing is caring. But when it comes to fitness trackers, it’s okay to be a little selfish. It can get pretty confusing if you and a friend or family member use the same tracker. Our computers are smart, but not THAT smart. It’s hard to determine which activity was completed by which player. In short, two players using the same tracker is a hot mess.
Using the same tracker for multiple WayBetter accounts can be problematic too. Our system is designed to keep things fair, the same device sending in data from a single activity to two different accounts could get flagged. It would be awesome for a single run to count twice and all, but. . . not really.
If you’ve had multiple WayBetter accounts, take a look and see if your tracker is still connected to an old account. Sometimes this can prevent your tracker from syncing to your current account properly.
