WayBetter will auto-sync your steps, but it is your responsibility as a player to ensure your activity tracker is properly connected and syncing daily. All players must have their activity synced with WayBetter by the end of the game. This means checking each game individually to confirm that your steps have successfully synced.
As a best practice, we recommend syncing your tracker every day. You’ll know you’re on track when you see "Week Complete" at the end of each week and "Winner" at the end of the game.
If you experience any issues with syncing during the game, please contact us on the same day to document the timing of the issue. Be sure to include a screenshot of the error so we can assist with troubleshooting.
